We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, business name, and business data you create within the platform (invoices, clients, jobs, etc.). We also collect usage data and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the service; to process transactions; to send transactional emails (invoice delivery, password resets, account notifications); and to respond to your questions and support requests.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as email delivery services and payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and preferences. These are necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your business data at any time from Settings → Export Data. To request account deletion, contact us at support@nextinvoice.app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it is deleted from our systems.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
