NextInvoice is a business management platform for creating and managing invoices, estimates, jobs, and related workflows. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
NextInvoice offers a free trial period. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We will not sell your data to third parties.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability, and will endeavor to provide advance notice.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for a period of 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextInvoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
